Having spent over 12 years in the Publicis Africa Group network, as Strategic Planner and Consultant Director, Matthieu has worked closely with local brands, as well as international ones. He has accompanied over 150 brands, spearheaded their evolution, developed and overseen hundreds of campaigns. 
His expertise is in strategic development and advice for BtoC, BtoB and BtoD-related issues, as well as in business development, financial management and the design of new products. 
Matthieu joined MCB in 2017 as Head of Marketing and is actively involved in the transformation projects of the Group especially Sustainability program and Digital.

Trainer and coach qualified in NLP, Kaushal has more than 20 years of experience in the field of training and customer relationship, especially within the Rogers Group: Training and support of managers and supervisors, culture of "internal branding" and involvement of employees in the essence and values of the brand, development and implementation of Corporate Communication Strategy, internal and external.

 

After her studies, Kaushal worked for 5 years in Paris in tourism and held the position of Chief Talent Development Executive and Chief Communication Executive in the Rogers Group.

 

Since 2016, Kaushal has been the director of Analysis Institute of Management-Training Centre for executives and representing the Paris Dauphine and IAE universities in Mauritius and the region.
